The firm provides expert testimony relative to audio and video evidence, and produces sophisticated audio and video evidence enhancements for mediation and presentation in courts of law. The CLE seminars; “The High-Tech Universe of Litigation,” and “Discovery in the High-Tech Legal Arena,” are designed to advance the attendees’ comprehension relative to strategic applications of audio and video evidence and admissibility protocols.
The seminars offer lawyers and other legal professionals 1.00 to 4.00 credit hours in an interactive forum.
In 2007, The American Guild of Court Videographers appointed Mr. Jones to the guild’s Board of Advisors. Also, Michael is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the John M. Langston Bar Association, even though he is not an attorney.
For over 29 distinguished years, Michael produced and directed award-winning documentaries, news and high-profile investigative segments for ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX and WB Television Networks.

He won his first Golden Mic Award in the category of “Best Hard News Videography” for a Fox Undercover mini-documentary.
As a Director of Photography with the Fox Television Network, Mr. Jones was nominated for an Emmy Award in the category of “Best Videography on a Breaking News Story.”
He was cited repeatedly for superior service during his tenure with the Fox Television Network (Hollywood, CA).
Mr. Jones won his second Golden Mic Award in the category of “Best Live Coverage of a Breaking News Story” while co-producing a high-profile news segment for the WB Television Network.
During his tenure with the powerhouse ABC owned and operated television station KABC-TV in Hollywood, California, Michael helped the network win an Emmy Award for “Best Live Coverage of a Breaking News Story.”
Throughout his career, the Networks contracted and assigned Mr. Jones to provide broadcast coverage of every United States President since the resignation of President, Richard M. Nixon.
For close to 30 years, this award-winning producer and director’s camera and post-production work was showcased on: ABC News’ “World News Tonight” and “Nightline,” ABC-TV’s “Wide World of Sports,” NBC-TV’s “Today Show,” “The CBS Evening News, with Dan Rather,” CBS News’ “Up-to-the-Minute,” “The Fox News Channel,” “The NFL On Fox,” and “Fox Undercover.”
